The problem
Cleaning and sealing are different decisions.
Some pavers need a professional clean. Others may also benefit from joint-sand work or a compatible sealer. Existing coatings, trapped moisture, efflorescence, damage, and drainage can change the correct plan. A walkthrough is required before promising a finish.

Why we will not seal on the same day
Sealer applied over trapped moisture is the most common way a paver deck goes cloudy. We clean, re-sand, let the deck dry through, and confirm the weather window before any sealer goes down.
Confirm the sealing product and system, stripping capability, sanding, efflorescence treatment, slip-resistance language, cure times, weather policy, warranty, and any licensure requirements.

Do you seal pavers?
Paver resealing can be evaluated as part of the service. Existing sealer, moisture, joint condition, staining, drainage, weather, and finish preference must be assessed before a recommendation.
What happens if it rains?
Some work can proceed in light weather; other services need a suitable dry period or safe conditions. The team will communicate if weather changes the schedule or the required cure window.
